Breaking news - June 2008
WorkCover NSW has advised of a change in licence requirements for bonded asbestos removal.
Now if you work in NSW with more than 10 m2 of bonded asbestos you need a licence from WorkCover. This represents a reduction from the previous threshold limit of 50 m2. So, because 10 m2 could mean a bathroom or another small renovation, this change could impact a small business.
